Orders

1. How can I check the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order on your Account page. To access your account page please click on the person-shaped icon located in the top right corner and log in. The status will update when you are charged for your order and again when your order has been scanned by the shipping carrier.

2. How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order please email support@bobely.com as soon as possible with your order number and request to cancel. Please note that only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

3. Is my information securing using this site?

Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

4. What if my address is wrong?

Please email support@bobely.com with your order number and full shipping address, as soon as possible to make changes to your shipping address. Bobely is not responsible for replacing or reshipping packages with incorrect shipping addresses.

5. Can I use multiple codes at checkout?

You can use one code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Bobely discount or gift card codes during your time shopping with us, please choose the one you want to use more.

6. How will the holidays affect the shipping time to my order?

High order volume could lead to delays in shipments during the holidays. If you do not get a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days of placing an order, please reach out to us at support@bobely.com. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. When will I receive my order?

All of our orders are received and shipped out of our warehouse asap. Shipping usually takes up to 3-18 days (the specific time depends on the delivery address) to arrive after they leave our facility. You can scroll down to match the specific address and delivery time.

1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE! Please check the rates as they are calculated at checkout based on the country!

If for any reason we are unable to ship goods to your location, a customer service agent from support@bobely.com will contact you via email.

2. When will I receive my order?

Find your region and estimated delivery time below:
  • US Standard Delivery (5-10 days)
  • Europe Standard Delivery (5-10 days)
  • India Standard Delivery (3-7 days)
  • Other Countries Standard Delivery(7-18 days)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Duties

International shipments may be subject to duties and/or other import fees.

Unexpected extra fees are something no one ever looks forward to - we understand it can be frustrating!

1. What are custom/duty fees?

Customs duty fees are tariffs or taxes imposed on goods when they cross international borders. While not all orders are subject to these fees, there's always a chance that your country will charge these fees when a package enters the country (usually for goods over a certain value).

2. Do I have to pay the custom/duty fees?

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that are frequently changing. Inkbox does not cover any customs fees or duties placed on orders - they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Looking for more information?

Please refer to your country's custom terms and regulations. Local mail authorities will be able to provide information on how duties are set, where to pay them, and any other information you're looking for!
