Your ultimate satisfaction with Bobely is our goal. That's why you can get a gift card or a refund for any unused Bobely products within 30 days from the day it was shipped!
Note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns requested within 30 days of the order shipment date may be eligible for an exchange in the form of an online store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders that are over 30 days.

Defective Products Or Issues With Product Application

If you run into an issue with applying your artificial nails or if the products you got are damaged/defective, reach out to us - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit.
Follow the instructions in the “How Do I make a Return” section below, and send us a photo of the products that aren't quite right.

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • The products and quantity you’d like to return
  • The reason why you’re hoping to return it
